Terms of Service - LedgerTrain

Welcome to LedgerTrain. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, info products, and goods. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

LedgerTrain offers live instruction sessions, workshops, and mentorship designed for accounting education and training. All sessions are scheduled in advance and delivered by qualified instructors.

1.1 Cancellation and Transfer

Participants may request to transfer a live session to another date up to 7 days before the scheduled start time. Transfer requests received less than 7 days before are subject to approval and may incur an administrative fee.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

Requests for refunds of live instruction sessions must be submitted at least 14 days before the session date. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 15 business days. Sessions cancelled by LedgerTrain will be fully refundable or eligible for transfer at no additional charge.

Custom or on-site sessions requiring special arrangements are non-refundable due to advance commitments of resources and personnel.

2. Info Products

Info products include digital course materials, video tutorials, and downloadable guides.

2.1 Access Period

Most info products grant access for a specified period. Access details are provided at purchase.

2.2 Refund Policy

If you have not accessed more than 20% of an info product within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. After accessing 20% or more, all sales are final.

3. Goods

Physical goods include printed textbooks, workbooks, and merchandise available for purchase on our site.

3.1 Shipping and Handling

Goods are shipped from our warehouse. Delivery times vary based on destination.

3.2 Returns and Refunds

Unused and unopened goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the items, credited to the original payment method.

Goods damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt to report damage.

4. Refund Process

To request any refund or transfer, please complete our contact form. Include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the request. LedgerTrain reviews all requests within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months.
